While our farm is not technically "certified" organic by the USDA, we do adhere to organic farming principles and practices. But, our practices actually go beyond "organic" standards in many ways, including requiring that our ruminant animals are 100% grass-fed and produced without grain or grain by-products and we use no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Instead of paying for an organic stamp that would lead to a more expensive sticker price on our products without any actual added value, we have chosen to operate with radical transparency so that you, the consumer, can verify that our standards create a product that is better for you, the animals, and the land.
