Cheddar cheese is a natural cheese that is relatively hard, off-white, and sometimes sharp-tasting. It originates from the English village of Cheddar in Somerset.

Our cheese is aged 60 days. The aging process intensifies the flavor and changes the texture of cheese. As cheese ages, it loses moisture while enzymes and microbes continue developing within the cheese.
